
Quit smoking without suffering: NLP

The text describes practical advice and techniques of NLP and other systems, that have proven to be extremely effective in helping a person who, based on the terrible harms of smoking, makes the decision to quit.
Based on our experience of several decades, we consider these techniques to be the most effective means of quitting smoking, achieving positive responses in a high percentage of cases.

These techniques are easy to learn and to apply to oneself or to another person, whom we wish to help to quit smoking.
They are characterized by giving results in a very short time, from one to seven days.
They can also be integrated into a treatment program, with other therapeutic resources, and enhance their results.
We outline the different measures that are usually applied, pharmacological, behavioral, therapy groups, etc., and we describe the fundamentals of the 7-day program and the systems it includes, particularly NLP.
