The authors, a medical doctor and a registered nurse, with almost 50 years of clinical experience in several countries, master degrees in two neuro scientific specialties (psycho immuno neuroendocrinology and psycho neuro pharmacology), guest speakers at univeristies, physical education teacher/master, post degree in positive psychology, elite sports practitioners and trainers and corporative consultants for great international corporations, have studied all their life, the link between mind and body, the influence of emotions in physical illness, the consciousness ability to keep and enhance health and wellness and the maximal performance of human potentials.
