How we use your data
To send you the newsletter with the author’s news, books and articles (only if you subscribed and confirmed).
To reply to the messages you leave in the contact form.
We do not use your data for any other purpose, nor do we make automated decisions about you.
Consent (double opt-in)
Newsletter subscription is voluntary and requires double confirmation: we send you an email and you are only subscribed if you click the confirmation link.
Where your data is stored and security
Your data is hosted on our own servers and our own mail server, not on third-party marketing services. We do not sell, rent or share it with third parties.
We apply security measures (encryption in transit over HTTPS, restricted access and two-factor authentication in the admin) to protect it.
Cookies
The site uses only functional cookies: the one that remembers your language and the admin session cookie. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Visit analytics are anonymous and use no cookies.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the “Unsubscribe” link included in every email.

How long we keep it
We keep your email while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we stop using it. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry.

We may update this policy. We will always publish the current version on this same page, with its update date.
